Dear ‘Bluegym.org’ community,
I wanted to tell you all a bit about my research project in case any of you would like to take part.
A bit about me
I’m a first year PhD student based in Truro, Cornwall at the European Centre for Environment & Human Health (or ECEHH for short).
A bit about the project
I hope to explore the role of the natural environment in the lives of adults as they transition through retirement. For this, I am interested in the exercise that people who are approaching their retirement do outdoors, specifically in green and blue environments.
How you can be involved -
Are you planning to retire by January 2012? Do you regularly exercise within the natural environment? If your answers are ‘yes’ to both of these questions, then I would be delighted to hear from you!
For more information about this project – and / or to express an interest in participating - please e-mail or phone me using the details below. I look forward to hearing from you!
Thanks so much,
Joanna Ross
