Hello Roger

The project aims to a utilise a vareity of statutory, community and charity projects to facilitate participation for patients with a range of needs. Our aim is to empower people to take responsibility for their own health, by enabling them to access the opportunities to do so. We will certainly be looking to clubs/associations to provide opportunities for people to participate in and maintain good health. Any help that you can offer would be most gratefully appreciated.
