We will endeavour to dispatch
your order within 48 hours of your order being received. An email will
be sent to confirm the dispatch of your order.
However, there are occasions when there is a high demand
for certain products, and the dispatching of some orders may not occur
within 48 hours. You should check your email order confirmation email
for further information.
Whilst we will endeavour to dispatch your order within
48 hours we cannot comment on the date or time when your order will arrive.
items are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery as standard. Delivery
should take 3-4 working days but we suggest that you allow up to 7 working
days for delivery. These times are estimates only as we do not control
Items that have been sent via Special Delivery, will
be delivered by 1PM the next working day, from the day of dispatch. If
your order was dispatched on a Friday, your order is guaranteed for delivery
the following Monday.
If you are not available when a delivery attempt is made,
a "While you were out" card should be left behind for you. This
will inform you that a parcel is being held at your local sorting office
and you can either collect or arrange for a re-delivery. If an order is
not collected it will eventually be returned to NaturalElements.co.uk
where we will then contact you that your order has been returned.
Where a overseas
order has been, and whether such an order is dispatched via Standard Air
Mail or International Sign, please allow up to 20 working days for delivery.
